Tasmanian Blackwood Extension Table and Chairs c1920s

Tasmanian Blackwood extension table fully restored and French polished for Cecilia from Hinchinbrook.

We removed the old dry lacquer that someone had applied many years ago and traditionally hand-polished the table again like it should be. The result speaks for itself.

We also rebuilt and repaired the dove-tail winder extension system which was jammed and prevented the table from extending past one leaf.
